The Alpbachtal Seenland Card is included in the price. The card offers many free benefits such as access to the public indoor swimming pool and use of the public buses. In summer you can also use the cable car at no extra charge.

They can be rented individually or together.

Our apartments are non-smoking apartments, we are happy to provide ashtrays for our smokers on the terrace and balcony.

For hygienic reasons no pets are allowed in either apartment.

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

A ski room with ski boot dryer is located in the basement.

Snowshoe Hiking

We offer 5-6 pairs of free snowshoes for snowshoe hiking.

Arrival and Departure?

We ask our guests to leave the apartments by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
The apartments are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
If you arrive later or leave earlier, the agreed rental price must be paid.

Cancellation?

Cancellation guarantee:

Valid for all bookings with arrival until 31.10.2021.

Free cancellation of the holiday date is possible until 3 days before arrival.
In case of a cancellation in the last 3 days, the guest has to pay a cancellation fee of 70,00 % of the total amount.
In case of a cancellation on the day of arrival after 18:00 h or no-show, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee of 90,00 % of the total amount.

Rebooking guarantee:
In case of rebooking up to one week before arrival, the deposit will be credited to the next holiday and remains with the host.
This credit note can be redeemed until October 2022.
